Breakfast: Almond meal/Flax pancake with peanut butter
Lunch: Banana date smoothie
Snack: 3 Graham Crackers with cream cheese
Workout: Walk away the pounds with 4 pound weights
On a busy night, nothin hits the spot like garlic and cheese pasta...especially since it comes together in under 15 minutes. It woulda been VERY tempting to order in dinner after a little bit of a hectic night attempting (emphasis on the ATTEMPTING) to get Katie to take her dancing school pictures (she didn't), but we came home and whipped this up before we could even reach for the take-out menus. I'll chalk that up to a win for the night.

And YAY, the weekend is right in view. It should be a pretty low-key/fun one....but then again, ANYTHING seems low-key after LAST weekend. Wosh, I think I'm still tired from that holidayJ
