Breakfast: Go Lean Crunch + Strawberries
Spied this one on my blog yesterday and remembered it was a WINNER! In the mix:
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves
- Topped with coconut butter & coconut
Snack: 3 Trader Joe's Graham Crackers + cream cheese
One of my all-time favorite snacks...so I'm actually surprised that I don't think they've ever actually reached the blog in all these years. These are always filling and hit the spot.
And someone ELSE discovered that graham crackers are her newest FAVORITETHINGEVER. Good thing they held her over for an EPIC play session out in the backyard that resulted in this pretty much as soon as she came back inJ
And the beautiful weather yesterday had me DYINGGGGGGG for a good ole fashioned grilled cheeseburger. But since I had tomatoes that were begging me to be used up, I whipped up these while Katie, Scott & Penny ran around the yard. Thankfully, they were so delicious that that cheeseburger craving hit the hills and these hit the spot perfectlyJ

Thankfully the 'lighter' dinner made it a bit easier to dance last night vs. post heavy pasta dinner, but I still had to do some modifying and shuffling around vs. doing any jumpin movesJ Looks like some modifying from here on out for a bitJ.
And this brings me to waiting for Scott to wake up to get our traditional Good Friday Hot Cross Buns for breakfast. REALLY can't believe that Easter is this weekend. I'm probably in denial because ummm...the Easter bunny STILL hasn't done any shopping, but I'm sure he'll get it together before Sunday morning rolls aroundJ
