10:30am-12:00pm: Power Yoga class
Sooooooo...I figured out why I always try to have protein for breakfast on the mornings that I have yoga class: MY LIMBS FELT LIKE LEAD!!!!!!! I was BEAT by the time this class was over...and barely surviving through it (one 'half moon to extended leg to airplane to dancers pose' sequence nearly did me in!J) Grant it, I woke up REALLY sore from my Monday class...but usually by the warm up, I'm able to shake off all of that. Pre-yoga peanut butter from now onJ
12:30pm: Lunch- Cake Batter Protein Shake
2:00pm: Snack- 5 Dark Chocolate Almonds
Double protein whammy!
3:30pm: Snack #2- Iced Coconut Coffee (not pictured)
5:00pm: Dinner- Back to Mikonos...
Where, not shockingly enough, more Greek salad and chicken souvlaki & lemon roasted potatoes was had. Just as good as last time!
And OK, so my 'yoga event' turned out to be more of a workshop in Bodyworks....which was kinda like a 'therapy massage.' A VERY not-the-norm/different experience to say the least, but interesting non the less. I was just glad I didn't miss my class yesterday morning in prep since we sat in a circle nearly the whole time! hehehehhehee...
...which is another fancy word for baked custard wrapped in phyllo doughJ Since we were running late for the workshop, dessert from Mikonos had to be taken to go....and was VERYYYYY eagerly anticipated on the way homeJ I don't even know if my friend & I made it to the car before remembering it was waiting for usJ hahahahhahaha
OK...let me get a move on. SOMEONE is getting their hair trimmed today and I need to gather my strength to pin down all the wiggly-ness of my 1 year oldJ
