A quick 'cap...

Friday Recap:

9:30am:  Breakfast- "Diva" Pancake
Another attempt...and another "oatmeal crumble."  This one was even LESS photogenic than yesterdays, if that's possible!  I'll spare youJ

12:00pm:  Lunch- Spaghetti squash casserole

I also satisfied my desire to polish off a bag of chips.  Fortunately  they were cheddar pop chips and there was only about a handful left...J 

And I was even happier that the serving size was indeed three for 120 calories each...sweet! 

3:00pm:  Snack- Strawberries

I wisely planned that I was NOT going to feel like REALLY cooking on Friday, so we just used up the leftover chili & cheese from the Superbowl, made some quick seasoned baked fries... 

How good do these look??  They came out PERFECT  (coated in olive oil & Montreal steak seasoning and baked in the oven at 450 for 40 minutes) 

And topped with chili & cheese....reduced guilt, of course!  These are ALWAYS a surefire hit, as you can imagineJ 

Alright, this is a quick 'cap because we did indeed get the tail end of this east coast snow storm they called NEMO! 

No...for real...

I have some snowman building, chocolate dessert making & RED "Sunday morning breakfast prep" to keep me busy today.

Oh yeah....and to get to the gym!  A little snow ain't gonna keep me from power yoga this morning!
